Based on what you've told me you're looking for, I'll find the best properties for you to view. I'm always familiar with the current homes on the market, and knows neighborhood values well, so I can help you determine which properties are fairly-priced and in good condition before you start your search.
STEP 3... VIEWING PROPERTIES
I'll show you properties within your search parameters and will guide you & advise you on all aspects of the buying process using my years of expertise.
STEP 4... DETAILED INVESTIGATION
I'll find out all information about each property that you're interested in including zoning, detailed floor plans or anything else that you may have questions about.
STEP 5... SELECTION
With the right advice you'll select a property to make an offer on based on the location, condition and price point. STEP 6... NEGOTIATION
Under your direction I'll prepare a contract of purchase & sale then present it to the seller's agent. I'll also handle any issues or concerns that arise from the offer process.
STEP 7... DUE DILIGENCE
I'll assist you in coordinating everything from the signed contract to completion including: financing, inspections & appraisals.
