Once you've decided to list your home, I'll help you make a checklist of things to do and will explain the process to make things as stress free as possible!

STEP 1... I'll make recommendations on:

  • Decluttering
  • Cleaning
  • Minor Repairs
  • Increasing curb appeal
  • Staging (if necessary)

STEP 2... Things I'll do just prior to putting your home on the market:

  • Review disclosures & listing documents with you before signing
  • Have professional Floor Plans created of your home
  • Have a professional photographer take photos of the interior & exterior of your home and also create a 3D Visual Tour
  • Place a lockbox on your home for security
  • Post a For Sale sign
